Dr. Seale received his Bachelor of Science from College of Arts & Sciences, University of Texas, Austin, TX and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He then completed his residency at Family Medicine Residency Program, Medical Center of Central Georgia. He is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and also Board Certified by the American Society of Addiction. His special interests are substance abuse and international health.
