The Wellness Center at Navicent Health has a complete comprehensive facility that incorporates a variety of wellness opportunities. The Wellness Center at Navicent Health offers a variety of amenities including an indoor track, indoor pool, over 80 group fitness classes weekly and free child care.

The Wellness Center at Navicent Health Provides:

  • An assessment consultation with a degreed Exercise Physiologist, to review medical history, goal setting, and development of an exercise plan.
  • An orientation with a degreed Exercise Physiologist will include basic fitness principles, use of equipment and contraindications.
  • A variety of group fitness classes including but not limited to Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Aqua Fitness and Cycle.
  • Older Adult Programming
  • Pre/Post Natal Exercise
  • Chronic Disease Prevention
  • Cancer Recovery
